Jenny
Witham is a country singer with dreams of following in the footsteps of
greats like Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and Dolly Parton. Her style is a
beautiful mix of the classic country she holds dear to her heart, and the
pop inspired country of modern day. She's been performing since the tender
age of four, where she started in her hometown church. Since then, Jenny
has become the youngest soloist to ever perform as a featured act for the
Miss Michigan Pageant (age of 10), sang the National Anthem at
professional baseball games, and has been in numerous talent shows. In
high school Jenny was involved with three vocal groups, two which were
honor choirs. In the summer of 2002, Jenny went down to Nashville, TN to
record her first ever debut album after signing with Capitol
Management. The studio where Jenny recorded holds a lot of ghosts within
it's walls. Stars such as Shania Twain, Tim McGraw, and Alan Jackson have
recorded there. Although her studio time was limited, (she finished a ten
song album within two, five-hour sessions) it has been said that the
quality of her music is as radio ready as those that have spent months
within a studio.
